Dr. Benjamin Benson brings a world of experience to topics of operations, change and strategy, and IT transformation. He led Mergers and Acquisitions as a global partner at Accenture and Spherion overseeing more than 70 engagements worldwide in ERP, Supply Chain, PMO, and Product Development. He is recognized as one of the most called upon consultants for large-scale IT, process, and organization projects. Clients include Aon, Astra, ATT, Best Buy, Blue Cross, Cardinal Health, Caterpillar, Chase, Chrysler, Coca-Cola, Detroit Medical Center, Detroit Energy, Fiat, Ford Motor Company, GlaxoSmithKline, Geely Motors, General Motors, Honda, Jervis B. Webb, Mazda, NASA, National Steel, Nissan, Royal Hospital of Oman, University of Michigan, and Wells Fargo. Ben is expert in the areas of Innovation, Finance, Lean Six Sigma, ERP Implementation, Strategy, Project Management, and Business Sustainability.
Ben holds an MPA from University of Detroit and a PhD in Organization Design from Wayne State University, with post-doctoral studies at Detroit College of Law; he is a PMP and MBB and has published six articles and chapters on lean six sigma, strategy, business transformation, leadership development, and change management. He has served as professor and administrator at Lawrence Technological University for 18 years, working with government agencies as an advisor and running a large think tank for innovation. Ben has trained upwards of 15,000 International students in USA and Canada. He consults in USA, Canada, Mexico, Guatemala, British Virgin Islands, England, Denmark, Italy, China, Japan, Ukraine, Oman, KSA, and Netherlands. He owns a multimillion-dollar consulting firm. He lives in Michigan with his wife, son, and daughter. Ben’s hobbies are guitar and performing music.
