I earned my MBA degree from Lawrence Technological University, a Bachelor degree from Wayne State University and associates from Wilberforce University. My concentration is in Organizational Development focusing on public and private organizations. Currently holding certifications in Organizational Change Management, Design Solutions, Lean, Six Sigma, T.S & Q.S Internal Auditor. I’m currently president of Professional Development Services, a university instructor and an independent business process trainer/coach, providing services to all industries looking to improve their business processes. Concentration includes transactional and manufacturing projects for internal and external customers.
I have held positions within public and private sector. I have successfully teamed with diverse organizations such as BAE, MSHDA, Denso, Eaton, Johnson Controls, Lear Corporation, Daimler Chrysler, Bridgewater Interiors, Bing Corporation, Kelly Corporation, Recticil, State of Michigan, Perot Systems, Tech Team, Seagal Robert, IMA, IDS Manufacturing, and several tier 1, 2 and 3 level suppliers. I specialize in organizational development focusing on process improvement, process development and process design. I have provided support services identifying and improving new facility startups, Greenfield Development and joint ventures.
